Well I'm not riding this year due to me getting hit by a car and breaking shit but usually in winter I build a snowjump and or clear off jumps and ride.

Well I have been riding for about 4 years but only in my third year I started progressing more rapidly. In my third year I learned flips and tailwhips, 3's the year before that. It sounds like you're moving faster then I was so don't worry about it. It just comes with practice, dedication and time.
